With Scratch, you can program your own games and animations. Scratch is designed especially for ages 8-16, and helps young people learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively, essential skills for life in the 21st century.
The ability to code computer programs is important in today’s society. We realise that when children learn to code in Scratch, they learn important strategies for solving problems, designing projects, and communicating ideas. Therefore I teach Scratch programming at elementary schools, and work with teachers and students to improve programming skills at young age. Children create their own games, learn heaps and have loads of fun.
